Removed the two struts from the radiator. This commences the strip down of the engine ancillaries prior to the respray. After I start removing things, its not going to be possible to start the engine, but as it has been proven to run, its not really an issue.  I have now found out from talking to Dad that I can run a compression test just by turning it over, so I am going to push on with stripping the radiator, horn, fan, bonnet release cable and so on so that this area can be resprayed.
